Suggestions
A suggestion is a proposed version of a document, parked for you instead of written. Manan files one whenever it edits a document in Default mode; tools connected over MCP can file them too. You never write suggestions yourself.
Reviewing
Section titled “Reviewing”A pending suggestion shows as a card on the document. Opening it takes over the document column — not a modal — and shows the document as it would become, in the editor’s own typography. A coloured rail marks changes: green added, amber changed (with word-level diff), rose removed; unchanged blocks are dimmed. The sticky bar carries the title, who proposed it, its place in the queue, and the actions: Accept, Accept all, Dismiss, previous / next.
Keep editing meanwhile
Section titled “Keep editing meanwhile”You can carry on editing while suggestions wait. Accepting merges the proposal over your edits block by block, against the snapshot taken when the suggestion was filed. A suggestion goes stale only when you and the proposer changed the same block; a stale suggestion stays in the list until you dismiss it. Accepting and dismissing are final.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”- 20 pending suggestions per project, across all documents.
- A suggestion never changes the image bank, and never renames the script.
- Filing the same proposal twice merges into the existing card.
An accepted suggestion from Manan counts as that turn’s change, so Revert this turn covers it.
