Include the email address of your Screel account and, for generation or render problems, the project name and roughly when the job ran; that’s usually everything we need to investigate.

Your account and data

- Disconnecting the ChatGPT app or Claude connector (in that product’s settings) revokes its access to your account immediately; your projects and videos remain in your account.
