Organization projects
Section titled “Organization projects”Every project a member creates or duplicates belongs to the organization — there is no personal project inside an organization. Projects you had before joining were moved in when you joined.
The projects page shows a tree: Personal (anything left from before), the organization, and its workspaces. In the organization view:
- owners and admins see every project, with its creator and workspace;
- members see the projects they can access — those in workspaces they belong to, plus organization projects filed in no workspace (read-only for members).
Filter by workspace, by creator, by unfiled, or search.
Workspaces
Section titled “Workspaces”A workspace is a folder with its own member list. Owners and admins create, rename, describe and delete workspaces, and add members as editor or viewer (Workspaces page). Members can see which workspaces they belong to.
- Move a project into a workspace from the project’s menu. You need full control of the project, and you must be a member of the target workspace.
- A workspace cannot be deleted while projects are still filed in it — move them out first.
Sharing
Section titled “Sharing”Explicit sharing (Edit or View to a specific person) still works on organization projects and stacks with workspace access. See Roles and access for the resolution order.
When someone leaves
Section titled “When someone leaves”Projects created by a member who leaves or is removed are reassigned to the organization owner. Nothing is deleted.
